SolarCleanHub is an online directory that connects users with solar panel cleaning service providers across select regions in the United States. We do not provide solar panel cleaning services directly.

By using this website, you acknowledge that SolarCleanHub acts solely as a platform for information and connections between users and independent businesses.

Use of the Website

You agree to use SolarCleanHub only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or misleading purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Interfere with the performance or functionality of the site

If you submit a claim, update, or purchase for a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business and that the information you provide is accurate.

Listings and Business Information

SolarCleanHub displays business listings based on publicly available information and data enrichment processes. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or accurate
• Business details including services, availability, and pricing may change without notice
• Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement or certification of any business

Where SolarCleanHub states that a listing has been reviewed, that review is limited to confirming basic business information from public sources. It is not an inspection, certification, or endorsement of any business or the quality of its work.

Ratings and review counts shown on listings are sourced from third-party platforms such as Google and reflect the information available when it was collected. Current ratings may differ. SolarCleanHub does not collect or publish its own reviews.

No Professional or Service Guarantee

SolarCleanHub does not employ or vet listed service providers, guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered, or assume responsibility for interactions between users and businesses.

Any agreements, services, or transactions entered into are solely between you and the service provider.

Featured Placement

Businesses may purchase Featured placement on a metro page. Featured placement is paid advertising. It affects where a listing appears on the page and nothing else. It is not a rating, a quality ranking, an endorsement, or a certification of any business.

Featured placement is billed annually. Up to three Featured slots exist per metro page, and Featured listings rotate within those slots. Founding pricing remains locked for as long as the listing remains continuously active. Featured placement is available only to businesses for which solar panel cleaning is a core service. SolarCleanHub may decline or discontinue Featured placement for any business that no longer meets this requirement or that provides false information. If SolarCleanHub discontinues a placement for reasons other than the business's own conduct or eligibility, we will refund the unused portion of the annual fee. Fees are otherwise non-refundable.

Third-Party Interactions

When you contact or engage with a business through SolarCleanHub, you do so at your own discretion and risk. SolarCleanHub is not responsible for outcomes, disputes, or damages arising from those interactions.

We recommend performing your own due diligence before hiring any service provider.

Intellectual Property

All content on SolarCleanHub, including text, design, logos, and site structure, is the property of SolarCleanHub unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission, or use our branding or materials for commercial purposes without authorization.

If we provide badge embed code for your business, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display that badge image, unmodified, on websites you control, using the embed code we provide. The badge must link to your SolarCleanHub listing. We may ask you to remove the badge at any time, and you agree to do so promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarCleanHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses resulting from use of the website, or issues arising from third-party services or interactions.

If you purchase a paid placement, SolarCleanHub's total liability arising from that purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
